About us

We are a specialized company, created in 2021, a brand protected by INAPI associated with technology consulting; the design and development of databases; design, development and application of computer software.

 

IMPRONTA CONSULTORA has been created with the aim of developing advanced activities and services (studies, advice and training) for the design, management and evaluation of policies and corporate strategies, public-private associations and public interest in the field of economic, social, institutional and regional innovation development; and incorporate services for the development of projects to attract and expand investment and talent.

 

For the 2023-2033 period, the company’s performance will focus on strategic associative actions and acceleration of digital transformation. Which help facilitate the agile and responsible provision of data and potential reliable alliances to accelerate decision-making in the best spaces for the location of investment, in management models of public-private alliances or concessions (association) in areas of public-private interest, through participation in complex projects and its platform for collaborative visualization of information and evidence-based advice related to emerging institutional, employment and investment opportunities.

Lenia M. PLANAS SERRALTA, Executive Director and Founding Partner.

PhD in Economic Sciences, Specialty Economics and Regional Management. More than 25 years of professional experience, international consultant, experiences in international organizations, in the public and private sectors, accredited evaluator in the registry of experts of the Budget Directorate of the Ministry of Finance of Chile, specialist with high performance in innovation , projects to attract and invest foreign direct investment (FDI) and talent towards the central-southern regions of Chile.

Claudia A. HERNÁNDEZ OYARZÚN, Partner, since 2023.

Psychologist, Specialty in clinical psychology and criminal behavior. More than 20 years of professional experience.
