Welcome to our platform for data visualization, learning and project management and connections with networks and potential territorial allies to accelerate the management of the quality of the investment and innovation climate prior to anticipating new emerging investment opportunities and jobs, associated with the different subnational realities, considering the visualization and analysis of critical data, based on evidence, and support for decision-making in the location of investment projects and subnational incentives linked to strategies, policies and plans of revitalization and regional economic prospecting.
ICREGIO is a platform that aims to display clear and relevant information on the regional investment climate and bring skills development opportunities closer through seminars and short courses for the formulation of cooperation projects and identification and connection of emerging opportunities (investment, innovation and employment) with a focus on emerging investment companies, governments and subnational agencies.
It is a private reinvestment initiative, non-profit, of private public interest, financed by Impronta Consultora, with support in 2023 from a CORFO subsidy, as a base investment, through the PAR CHILE APOYA A MUJERES program for the implementation of project No. 2022-224256.

Investment climate for sub-national economic promotion
The investment climate is identified with the ease and credibility of a territorial space to install companies and do business, attending to a set of conditions that help shorten installation times and costs when making the most optimal location decision by investors and by the authorities that define attraction strategies to promote productive and industrial development and create employment, expanding their opportunities.
ICREGIO offers a set of visualizations that reveal the quality of regional governance, in the creation of companies, quality of human resources and the perception of communities about the investment climate linked to emerging sectors, drivers of innovation and employment in economies localized specialization.
ICREGIO delivers information, worked under a databased policy creation process (IDB, 2023) allowing its visualization with different tools (Power BI, among others), and the creation of unavailable reports that may be of interest for policy decision-making. Also, makes available a service for the formulation of regional projects for the agency of public-private investment to mitigate gaps in the quality of the investment climate.

Training Routes
The training routes are signposts for accelerating learning to solve technical problems, facilitating access information to professionals and experts, allies, organizations that allow each participant to enable critical knowledge in an agile way, guaranteeing its rapid absorption to achieve greater efficiency and assertiveness when formulating projects with financing from external financing sources and mentors for acceleration programs.
Expert professionals with more than 20 years of experience participate to accompany the formulation of innovative projects linked to investment in business, institutional or social innovation financed by different funds (regional, national, international or decentralized), applying agile methodologies, based on learning-by-doing or under “turnkey” project design contracts
